Transformational Coaching with Cynthia Stamation

My life has been a journey of transformation, courage, and discovering what it truly means to live with purpose. 

I began my professional career as a dancer, graduating from Interlochen Arts Academy with the President's Award in Dance before moving to Israel to perform with the Bat-Dor Dance Company in Tel Aviv. Living through the uncertainty of the Gulf War taught me one of life's most important lessons: to embrace the present moment and find beauty, joy, and resilience even in challenging circumstances. 

From Israel, my path led me to New York City, where I pursued my dance career and performed alongside remarkable artists and choreographers. One of the highlights of that chapter was performing in The Radio City Christmas Spectacular, experiencing the energy of thousands of people and learning firsthand the power of collaboration, leadership, and teamwork. 

Yet despite achieving many of my goals, I felt a deeper calling. In my search for greater fulfillment and understanding, I immersed myself in personal development and transformational work. In 2001, I attended a life-changing seminar called The Mountain Experience. That experience opened the door to profound personal growth and ultimately changed the direction of my life. 

In 2004, I joined The Garden Company in Sandpoint, Idaho, where I spent eight years coaching, teaching, and facilitating personal growth seminars across the country. During that time, I helped guide thousands of individuals through transformative experiences while deepening my own understanding of human potential. 

A pivotal turning point came in 2009 during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. Following a profound spiritual awakening, I experienced a deeper sense of connection, love, and intuition that transformed both my personal life and my work as a coach. I found myself able to connect with clients on a deeper level, helping them uncover insights, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change. 

In 2011, I launched my own coaching practice focused on entrepreneurs, leaders, and visionaries, which has become a cornerstone of my work in leadership coaching. Since then, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and organizations in creating greater clarity, purpose, and success. 

Since 2014, I have served as CEO of Endo Mastery, helping lead the company's growth while continuing my passion for personal and professional transformation. That same year, my husband, David, and I founded Legacy Life Consulting, where we help individuals create lasting impact in their lives, businesses, and relationships. 

My commitment to growth and learning has led me to study a wide range of healing, leadership, and coaching modalities, including Reiki, BodyTalk, intuitive coaching, spiritual ministry, servant leadership, and non-dual wisdom traditions. During a six-month sabbatical, I traveled to monasteries, temples, churches, and sacred sites, seeking a deeper understanding of spirituality and human connection. What I discovered was a simple yet profound truth: behind every teaching, every tradition, and every path is love. 

Today, my mission is to help people reconnect with their own wisdom, power, and potential. Through coaching, speaking, seminars, and transformational experiences, I guide individuals toward greater freedom, fulfillment, abundance, and authentic leadership. 

I believe we are all capable of extraordinary transformation. Sometimes all it takes is the courage to answer the call.
